Yes — a core StayNiska advantage. A property can list hourly day-use slots and overnight inventory simultaneously. You choose the stay type that fits your travel. Not all properties offer both, but where they do, you'll see both options side-by-side.

Yes. Alongside hotel search, StayNiska offers curated holiday packages with accommodation, inclusions, and itinerary suggestions. Packages are available for popular Indian destinations.

How do I know my booking is confirmed?

After successful payment, you'll receive a booking confirmation email and SMS with your reservation reference number. Your confirmed booking also appears in My Trips under your account. If you don't receive confirmation within 10 minutes, check your spam folder or contact hello@niskagroup.com.

Cancellation terms depend on the rate type selected at checkout. Flexible rates allow free cancellation up to 24 hours before check-in; Non-Refundable rates have no cancellation refund. How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account and all associated personal data at any time from the Delete Account page. Verified deletion requests are completed within 30 days as required by India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
